Warranty

Every Responsible Dad Watches timepiece is backed by a two year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and assembly.

If something fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage from misuse, lost or stolen watches, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

How to make a warranty claim

Email us at support@responsibledadwatches.com with your order number and a short description of the issue, along with photos if possible. Our team will respond within one business day with next steps.
